The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office publishes a list of English-speaking lawyers in Cyprus. You can start your search at In which country do you need a lawyer?.

In Paphos, I suggest you get in contact with the Zambartas law firm. I know the firm's principals very well - 'L' Louise a dually qualified English lawyer and her husband 'G' George a marine & corporate lawyer. (Afrodite Charalambides who's based in the firms Paphos office is doing some work for me as we speak.)
