Obtaining a list of titles on my name

Hello,
What is the easiest way to apply to the land register and receive a list of all properties written on my name while I reside outside Cyprus?

You cannot do this.
Normally you would have to register with the online system called 'ARIADNI', then you have to go to the citizens advice to confirm your identity before you can apply for such items.
In any case it will only detail a list of titles to your name, not contracts of sale.
If you had someone with a PoA here, they could do it for you.
