Hi all, I am a UK resident. My property in Paphos will become unoccupied from the end of April and I am looking for an insurance company that will provide unoccupied property insurance cover until its sale/repo.

I have tried Hiscox but you need an existing home insurance policy with them.

I am unable to get a quote from a few others due to it becoming unoccupied. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that will be great thank you.

Try Minerva, they insure unoccupied properties, albeit and a slightly higher rate.
