construction of swimming pool

We bought a property in Latsi from a well known Cyprus property developer (Pafilia)
After taking over the property we found out that the floor heating in one bathroom
is combined with the bedroom heating. In another bathroom the floor heating is
combined with the heating in the corridor. In other words, if we want to heat bathroom
we also have to heat bedroom and/or corridor. In other countries I have never seen
such nonsense. However, top management of Pafilia claim that such combination is
normal in Cyprus and I have no reason to complain.
This is a very simple and basic question. Would appreciate comments and advice.
Many thanks

Hi Oivind and welcome to the forum,

I suggest you contact ETEK (The Cyprus Scientific & Technical Chamber). ETEK is the statutory Technical Advisor to the State and is the umbrella organisation for all Cypriot Engineers; these include: architecture including landscape architecture, civil engineering including landscape engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, land survey and valuation.

Phone ETEK on 22 877644 or email them at cyprus@etek.org.cy to locate qualified and registered professionals in your area who may be able to help.

If you don't get anywhere with ETEK, I know an engineer in Limassol who may be able to help.

Regards,
