hello to all, i have land near Polis and am thinking of building a timber-frame home.
I would like to find a supply only SIP panels or simmer, anybody had any experience
in self build please !

We did a 'self-build' but concrete & brick construction.

The first thing you'll need is an architect to draw up the plans and apply for the planning & building permits. Unfortunately, their website's being redeveloped at the moment, but their phone numbers are 22 672887/22 660510.
