We had Solar panels installed on our roof, the company were in touch to say that EAC needed our neighbour with who we share a flat roof needed to sign a form saying she had no objection, they also needed to see her title deeds to confirm she owns her house.
She has not received them despite applying for them two years ago, we were then asked if she could show prof of her purchase 17 years previously, she has refused saying it is private information that she is not going to disclose. Any ideas on what we should do? Our neighbour is adamant that the EAC should already know that she is an owner, not a tenant.
*She did sign the form agreeing she has no objection to panels

Are you just 2 properties on a single plot or on a development??

One way around this is to do an N50 search at the land registry that will tell you who the owners of the properties are, this way you can prove to the EAC that she is indeed the owner.

Strictly speaking she should only need the front page of the contract to show her name.
