Hello, new to the forum and we are looking for a reputable solicitor in the Paralimni area for making a Cypriot Will, getting our title deeds (had no response from developer even though we purchased in 2004) and possibly some tax advice, can anyone recommend a company/individual not affiliated to developers?

For what it's worth, I was advised NOT to use a solicitor to do your will as some of them charge extortionate fees to administer it.

JB - thank you, might get some advice from a UK firm first then.

Drawing up a will and administering it are two different things.

A wll can easily be drawn up, but a more thoughtful selection of the executor is needed.

Don’t use the lawyer as executor. Probate in Cyprus is expensive anyway, hence your executor can shop around for the best price.
