Hello i would like to as what is the amount of VAT if you want to buy an agriculture land or residential here in Cyprus.
I am also interested agriculture land 10,000sqm - 20,000 sqm aprox 30K eur maxin Zone Γ3
is there any good place or does anybody have

There is no VAT to pay on Agricultural land. It is extremely unlikely you will find this amount of land for €30k.
Residential land has a VAT rate of 19% if applicable. This means if you buy from a commercial seller then you pay 19%, if you buy private the chances are there is no VAT to pay.
