We have a large village house for sale in the Limassol/Germasogia area. As of now we have had no luck in finding a buyer. An estate agent wants us to grant him exclusive selling rights, which we have refused.
We would greatly appreciate any advice on how to locate and potentially list the property with reputable estate agents, as we are in the UK. (The property belonged to my late Mother-in-law, but is now registered in her daughters names).
This house has been up for sale for a long period of time.

I was wondering if anyone on this site has any recommendations of Estate agents they have experience of, that they could recommend in the Limassol area?

Equally does anyone have any experience of selling property by auction? Wondering if this could be a viable route.

You cannot sell by auction here, it's not like the UK auction process.

5%+vat of the sold price.

Hi, thanks for the offer of providing us with local agents.
I have finally got round to making contact through the info page, but unfortunately have had no reply as yet.
