Is there the Cypriot equivalent of the UK's Outline Planning Permission and if yes, what is it's name in Greek?

Definition; "Outline planning permission (or outline consent) is often applied for first, to establish whether the proposed new dwelling or development would be acceptable to the local planning authority. If outline permission is approved, a detailed proposal is then put forward."

We don’t have this in Cyprus, what we do have is to get an opinion of the planning authority for some project you have in mind.
Needs an application at the planning office covering your area.
