Just joined and am reaching out to anyone whom may be able to help with regards the title deeds issue in Coral Bay between Harbour Shores and the Monastery ownership.

Hello Annabelle and welcome to my property forum.

As far as I'm aware there has been no progress on getting Title Deeds issued for the Harbour Shore Estates properties at Coral Bay. Some of the residents have been waiting for deeds to be issued for more than 30 years.

I suggest you speak with Leptos and the Pegeia Municipality to see if any progress has been made.

The last news I had about the situation can be found at Perdikis to raise property law deficiencies in House. (9 years ago.)
