Is the Land Registry open to the public at the moment?
My neighbours want to collect their title deeds, they went to enquire at the Land Registry, but the doors were locked and they were told they had to make an appointment online but they can't find any information about how to do this.

depends when they went, my understanding the LR were to open on the 6/5/20, to accept applications and such like, they still have limited access, but the online appointment is new to me.

EDIT: I wanted to take a planning application to the planning office today, they said I needed an appointment, I did this over the phone. Just call them.
