Hi can anyone please help we are thinking of relocating to Cyprus next year. Are we better looking with one agent are several? We keep erring to Sold on Cyprus, has anyone had any experience with them ?

I suggest you look at a number of estate agents operating in the area where you plan to relocate.

Visit http://www.creacyprus.org.cy/sek/page.php?pageID=9 and click on the third menu item from the left, then select the 'city' from the 'Πόλη' drop-down box and press 'Search' (Αναζήτηση) you'll find the names and contact details of all the registered Estate Agent's in the area.
