How to become land developer

I am a UK based small property developer and would like to find out how to register as a property developer in Cyprus. I usually buy 1-2 pieces of plot, build houses, sell them and move on. I would appreciate if someone can guide on this one.

Hi zabutt & welcome to the forum.
Anyone can start a property development business. However if you're planning to carry out the building work yourself the you will need to register as a building contractor - I don't know if this will be possible.
Most property developers contract the construction work to licensed building contracts as few of them have licences.
A number of Brits established property development comapnies during the boom years and as far as I am aware, none were successful.
