My mother wishes to sell her small house in Cyprus. We want to sell it to a family friend had has put in a bid we have accepted. The property is properly registered and we have all the title deeds. The property is of low value. Can anyone recommend a good local lawyer who speaks English?

I suggest you get in tuch with one of the lawyers on the list provided by the British High Commission in Nicosia in the area where the property's located.
