Hello Nigel, I wonder if you can advise me please? I own an unattached property in Paphos and I am in possession of Full Title Deeds. My question is do I need to obtain planning permission to construct a fully open Pergola (not attached to the house) with a tiled roof? The pergola would be single storey, approximately 4m x 4m on a 30cm raised wooden deck.

I don't believe that you'll need planning permission but I suggest that you double check with the planning office.
