Hi
Can anyone advise me..... my neighbours have put up a shed and carport right on the boundry wall with the roof tilted to my pool and overhanging onto my side of boundry wall. I fear that the rainwater will cascade over rotting fence and polluting pool as they have new felt fitted what can i do

Hi Country Girl and welcome to the forum.

My neighbours have a roof over their BBQ that is close to my boundary wall but doesn't overhang it. They fitted a gutter & downpipe that carries the rainwater away. Maybe your neighbours could do the same.

(We each have a boundary wall and their BBQ roof is in line with their boundary.)

Your neighbour's shed shouldn't encroach into your property.

Regards,
