I am new to Cyprus property forum so apologies if this question has come up in the past. I have owned an apartment in Kanika Park View Limassol complex for around 10 years and despite many requests still seem unable to get the title deeds. Each time I ask Kanika I am told they are a few months away. Has any member of the forum got deeds for apartments on this complex.

I can't say whether others on your complex have their Title Deeds - maybe someone else on the forum can answer.
