Could somebody tell what the value of my house was at 1980, I have paid 213,000 euros in 2004

The 1980 value of your house is shown on your IPT tax demand. You can also look it up on the Department of Land & Survey's website at http://eservices.dls.moi.gov.cy/#/natio ... lmapviewer
Click ‘search’ and enter details of the property as shown on its Title Deed:
District and Municipality (from drop-down list)
Under the ‘Registration No.’ tab enter the details as shown in the shaded box on the top right of your Title Deed’s second page (this will be in the form XX/YYYY where XX is the registration block and YYYY is the Registration number.)
Click ‘Zoom’ (This will zoom the map to show your property.)
Click ‘Identity’ above the map – and then click on your property.
This will show details of the property including its value at 1.1.1980 (and 1.1.2013) below the map.
