Hello All

Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in Larnaca, had 1 quote of 5% + vat, is this reasonable, seems quite expensive to me.

5% + VAT is the going rate. I suggest you try to negotiate a lower rate.

Thanks for your reply, should of known it would be expensive in Cyprus, I've owned my apartme to long enough to know that,I have negotiated to 3% ,the estate agent said they are desperate for 1 bedroom appt in Larnaca centre but not sure if it's just a ploy to get me to signup.

If you have agreed a fee of 3% of the sale price achieved with the agent, make sure it's written into your agreement.
