Hi,

I new to this forum so hello.

I am on a Management Committee for a complex in Protaras (around 100 apartments) and am looking for a management company to take over the day to day communal cleaning, management, collection of fees etc.

So far we have spoken to a company called KSL out of Larnanca and I was wondering (hoping) if anybody knew of KSL or another a reputable company.

Hi yam350 and welcome to the forum.

I personally do not know of companies in the Protaras area that could offer this service - perhaps someone else on the board has knowledge.

I suggest you join the Cyprus Eastern Owners & Buyers Forum at http://www.easterncyprus.com/index.html - I'm sure they will have more information.
