Hello Nigel,,trust you are well.

Simply,a relation of ours has had a mortgage with the Bank of Greece here for 7 years and never missed an installment.Due to a small declne in their income,they have asked the bank if they could restructure their loan...The answere??.....a definate NO.
Any suggestions please?

I suggest that your relation takes the following statement Supportive Measures for Borrowers in Financial Difficulties / Management of Loans when they visit the Bank of Greece (Cyprus) to renegotiate their loan.
