Title deeds

We live on a ......... sight in paralimni the complex is not finished (no money )Will we still get our title deeds . Our apartment is finished and lovely we are very pleased with it . I don't think they have the certificate of approval. What can we do to get the title deeds

Hi Christina
It may be possible to get the deeds. The laws introduced in 2011 enable a Certificate of Approval to be issued for part of project and subsequently the Title Deeds.
If this is not possible in your case you may be able to sue Karayiannas for 'Specific Performance'. For more information please see
