Hi Nigel, please can you help a friend.

He bought his villa in 2007 for CY£210.000 it was a resale, his deeds are available now at a price of approx €22,000 .Could you please advise us to whether this is correct, it just seems an awful lot of money.

If the property is on a single name then this is correct. In fact it is just under €22,000.

Had it been on 2 names then the TFs would have been €15,082.
