Our developer wants to hand over the running of our complex to the owners. There are 33 units, but none of the owners live on the complex. Most live outside of Cyprus.

I understand we have to hold a meeting to set up the first Management Committee. Does this have to be a face-face or can this be arranged by an email vote or something similar?
