Not sure if anyone can help.

We have owned a house in Paphos since it was built in 2007 which is used for holiday lets.

We have recently had a problem with the immersion heater not working probably. We had someone out to fix it who replaced the coil in the tank on the roof. This did not do the trick and when they returned to look at it again we were told that we needed a new tank as it had a leak and would cost circa 700 euros.

For that sort of money we would like a second opinion - can anyone recommend a good plumber who we can trust to give us a proper diagnosis?

You might want to try posting on Cyprus Anglo Info which is more suited to trades and DIY enquiries. Not that Nigel does not know everything about plumbing!
