Does anyone know what expenses or charges residents could expect to pay to Chairman and/or small committee for the work they do. There are 22 apartments on an easily run complex.

When I was Chairman of our Committee, we claimed NO expenses for the work that we did. We did, however, claim back money we paid out for bulbs etc bought to keep the development in a superb condition.

I haven't heard of any Management Committee charging their residents expenses - it's a voluntary job.
