Help and advice in selling our share of a plot

I have a share of land on the southern side ayios thimathia.near the old closed airportb, it has water drainage and olive trees on. It , We have the legal title deeds to 1/8 share and we want to sell it , we cant contact any other shareholders as they could be anywhere in the world , how can we sell any ideas , already spoke to the local muckta he was very unhelpful as he doesn't want change in his village,
Any investors out here i can contact to sell or any other ideas , we really got to sell our share to raise funds

I regret to say this, but you are going to have an almost impossible task to sell this share for a number of reasons.
Main one is you need the permission of all the co-owners to do it! Failing that you will need to follow the process of finding a buyer for a price (and I can tell you, land sales presently are practically zero), then advertise in a paper about this for 1 month and fill in a shed load of forms etc etc. Not easy, I doubt you will be able to do it by yourself, you will need a specialist.
