Yes, these are shown on the search document N.50. The search gives ALL encumbrances on the title, but not all affect individual owners. You can also tell of a buyers mortgage because it also has a fraction of the land allotted along side it as well.

I didn't write that very well. What I should have said is their loans will not be shown on the N.50 search.
