Cement plant redevelopment in Moni

Hi, wondering what ever happened to the proposal to redevelop the old cement plant at Moni that was reported to start in late 2021. Does anyone know if it is it still on the cards?

The reason for my asking is my mother has 33,000m2 land on the coast in Moni, Limassol adjacent to the old cement factory (abutting the south-east corner of the cement factory land and extending right down to the coast).
She is considering selling and wanting to know who are good real estate agents for such a large plot of land?
Also wondering if anyone has any idea of value of land in this area?
