I have officially retired from a small part time business I had here in Cyprus and just recieve my military pension.
I had an accountant who dealt with all my affairs, tax, social etc which have all been paid to date.
My question is that now I need to declare just my pension in order to pay my IPT.
Which form do I need to complete to be able to do this and which office do I visit ?
Thank you kind people

Re: IPT & Tax Declaration Form
Hi helpful herbie
I guess you will have already registered with the Inland Revenue in Cyprus as you have paying tax on your earnings from a part-time business.
To declare your pension you need to complete a form DT Individual and take it to your local Inland Revenue office - you will also need a Revenue Stamp, which you can get from a major post office (I believe these now cost €80).
An IR officer will complete the form and return it to the Inland Revenue office in the UK so that your pension will be paid without the deduction of UK tax - and you pay tax in Cyprus.
To declare your property and pay any IPT, you should complete a Form Τ.D. 318A/2014 and take this along with you your local Inland Revenue office.
