Hopefully we may soon receive our title deeds. (Ever the optimist). Any one paid Estate Agent fees recently for selling. If so what are costs like now?

Also, Nigel, are we allowed to put up details of ones own property for sale on the Forum?

Pleased to hear that you'll be getting the deeds 'soon'. Estate agent fees are usually 5% + VAT of the sale price achieved but this can be negotiated in some cases and there is one EA in Paphos whose fees are 4% +VAT.

No, yo can't advertise your property on the forum - but there are many other sites where you can.
