Will British come back again?

Hi,
We have put our property on the market for three years, and so far I still haven't sold it.
We have very few viewers come each year, and one of the reason I guess, is because the location of our property is in Stroumpi, which is not a problem at all for us.But many people here consider 15-20 minutes driving to the town is a big deal.
We both know, that for most of the Cypriot, Russian and Chinese, they like to live either in the town or closer to the sea. And the only chance that we can sell our property in the mountain area, is to someone from the countries like Britain, or Germany, or Netherlands.
Our different property agents gave us different information. One of them was apparently very optimistic with the British market but so far he has brought only 3 viewers this year. Another agent told us, that most of the buyers nowadays are Russian and Chinese, and British people stop coming to the island. Even they did, instead of buying the property, they'd rather rent a house.
That comes to my question as the topic: Will British people come to Cyprus like they did 10-15 years ago? Somebody say "no", because they have got really sick with all the civil services here. Somebody say "yes", because in the end, Cyprus had much nice climate, kinder taxation and cheaper prices compared with those in the UK.
I would like to hear more professional opinions if anybody here can provide some.
Any other advise for us, to sell a very nice property but in the mountain area( but ) , will be appreciated and more than welcome.
A lot of thanks.
