Hi,
Please can anyone let me know if they've had any success in taking a propety management to court due to mismanagement like not ensuring the tenants is paying rent, tenant leaving the property before the end of the contract? There are other reasons too, but just wondering what the chances of success might be at this stage.

If tenants do a runner, there's little a property management company can do (it's like running out of a restaurant without paying the bill).
