Hi. Does anyone know what percentage below the asking price is reasonable to offer. Some properties I`m looking at have been for sale for months or even years. Thanks

Hi Jackie11 and welcome to the forum.

There isn't a reasonable percentage below the asking figure to start negotiations.

You can find questions to ask estate agents in an article I published several years ago at http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers. ... s/id=00453

Regards,

hi..

When you find any property then you start making an offer.Well there are various factors while choosing your price level so that you will achieve the right deal for your property.one thing a person must know is that For making an offer on a property it may vary from place to place.
Following points should be remembered before making an offer:
1. Make a clear understanding of the process
2. What price you want to pay for the property. For this, you have to make a decision for your budget.
3. Examine each and everything about the property so that you will get satisfied with all your requirements.
4. Understand clearly at what price vendor want to sell the property.
