My property will be ready at the end of April (allegedly!)

We will be looking for a long term let.

* can anyone recommend a trustworthy agent? I have been approached by Solutions Overseas who are part of MRI (readers may be familiar with them) and who I do not wish to use.
* Is there anything I need to bear in mind? (I read about the poor lady whose tenants did a runner and damaged her place. I know this happens everywhere, but any other pointers / tips would be great)
