Hello everyone, having been in the Paphos area for quite some time, I've been exploring the housing market in the TRNC. Three-bedroom villas with a private pool for around £125,000! Seems like a no-brainer...What are your thoughts on this?

There is a reason they are cheap, it's because they are built on stolen lands. They are politically and legally unsafe.
Look up the Orams case and you will see what I am talking about.
