Co-owned flat doesn't show on Cyprus DLS portal

Hello,
Does anyone know if it's common to not be able to see a co-owned property (flat) on the Cypriot DLS portal?
And do you have a suggestion of how to make it visible on my property list?

You can only see it if you have a title, not a contract.

The property has title and it’s owned by my wife and her daughter a co-owners.
A month ago, before we arrived Cyprus for a visit we contacted a lawyer in Cyprus in order to search the land registry for all the properties on my wife’s name.
On that search this flat appeared. However, yesterday night it didn’t appear on the DLS portal.
What can be the reason for that?

Either you are not familiar with the correct use of the DLS portal or you have made some error.

You can only see your 'stuff', once you request a title deed, this will then list all your 'stuff' and you tick the box against the title you need. You can also tick the box to show co-owners as well. Note co-owners do not appear on the screen they'll just be printed on the title deed you requested. Paid for of course.

Nigel, the DLS portal does not give personal information, hence the need to register with Ariadni, each person to his own.

The most you will see with his registration number is where the plot is situated and not even the apartment itself.

In the unlikely event that you do find something pls let me know!!!!

A general search of the DLS database will not show who owns the property, etc. , but it will show the location of the property, its size, and a few other bits and pieces. (I've done this before for those wanting to know how their communal fees are calculated.)

At least I'll be able to see if the property exists.
