1980 value

We have received a 'Final Account' from our developer which is based upon a 1980 value for our property.
However, it seemed high so we tried to get an official figure from the land Registry (failed) & Tax office (only unofficial estimate). We have visited the online Land & Surveys site, but only the new 2013 valuation figure is displayed.
Can anyone help?

Hi B+TinTala
I have seen this before. I suggest you go back to the Land Registry and explain the problem.
(The 1980 value is still used for for calculating communal fees.)
Regards,

Hi Nigel,
We explained the problem the first time we visited the Land Registry, without any result!
Any other suggestions?

Hi Nigel,
We questioned this problem the last time we visited the Land Registry, without any success.
Any further suggestions?
Does, your original contract of sale not have a copy of the old title deed attached as an Appendix. Many do, check it.
There is no reason that the LR will not tell you this, I don't get it, which district are you in??
