Hi there
My husband and I own a property in joint names. Can we buy a second property in joint names? We are UK citizens but non resident in Cyprus.
Are there any rules in place to prohibit us from buying a second property?

As EU citizens you can own as many properties as you wish in Cyprus.

When BREXIT happens, this may change depending on what's negotiated between the UK and Cyprus.
