If you do have details of the change in legislation that would be great. I've looked again, and can only see changes for small claims?
Everywhere i've looked seems to say say EEO is only if case is uncontested?

With regards Cypriot Banks "simply being able to enforce" any court ruling in Cyprus in the UK if you default on your mortgage. I'm not too sure that that is correct. I've done a bit of research and as far as i can see a debt can only be enforced through what is called a "European Enforcement Order ...
