Well I was just about to board my aircraft to Cyprus for my Day In Court when.....tinkle Tinkle..Email arrives from my Soliitor (4days before hearing) stating that the Courts had appointed a new judge, who had not had time to read documents!!!!! !
Too late to cancel ...

Well after spending over £1200 to travel to my court hearing.....the BOTH get CANCELLED.

The Friday (just 5 days before 1st hearing) the Alpha Bank Vs me, is cancelled due to a new Judge being appointed. My Lawyer met with the Judge together with lawyers of Alpha Bank and CHL. The Judge states this ...

M lawyer is meeting with the DEvelopers Lawyer this week. Apparently they wish to makew me an alternative offer!.

I also know that my bank, who loaned me the moniy, is also sueing the Builder. Naturally, this helps me by placing additional pressure on CHL.
I too, am sueing the bank ...

I have a multi site development which comenced in 2005 and still not completed.!!! I own all proporties on this site.
The Bank (as usual), are sueing me, but I have counter claimed that due to the bank releaseing monies BEFORE the actual stage payment was due ...

Anyone had dealings or any info onthe Builder?
