it says Please note that signatures must be certified by a certifying officer.

therefore my question is - WHO CAN CERTIFY OUR SIGNING THE DOCUMENT?

CAN IT BE ANY LAYWER / SOLICITOR IN THE UK ?

i have had an independent company look at this - and they seem to think that the roof terrace above (penthouse apt)
