Estate agents I Larnaca
Hello All
Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in Larnaca, had 1 quote of 5% + vat, is this reasonable, seems quite expensive to me.
Regards
Andy

Thanks for your reply.
That's put my mind at rest as was worried they may be originals, I'll apply to the land registry for copies.
Thanks again

Larnaca letting agents
Hi can anyone recommend a reliable honest letting agent in Larnaca to manage my property as my agent is ceasing trading in Larnaca at the end of the year.
Had a couple of bad experiences with poor agents so could do with some good advice
Cheers

Re: Land Registry methods of payment
Hi
I paid my title deeds in Larnaca in May and was told this was either by cash or a bankers draft.
I personally paid in cash but walking around with over 4000 euros in my pocket was a bit worrying but that is the way things work in Cyprus were nithing is straight forward.
Hope this helps

Re: Swiss Franc Mortgage
Hi everyone
Looks like the SNB will lift the band higher to 1.25 from 1.2 against the Euro ,again not much but we are looking for positives in this terrible situation,

Re: Swiss Franc Mortgage
Hi Paul
The SNB said today that it is to cap the swiis franc at 1.2 euros today and would like at least a 1.3 in the near future still not ideal but a little chink of light that we may be on the way up rather than down.

Re: Swiss Franc Mortgage
Hi Maurice I dont think there is any painless way out of the situation, you either bite the bullet and continue paying your payments for at least 3 to 4 years until the euro issue is sorted ,and hopefully the SNB will step in soon with a peg or start buying euros soon to devalue the currency and make...
