Title Deeds application process

Good morning Nigel,
Once again may I ask your opinion/advice. The developer of our apartment complex has, finally, responded to my request for an update of the title deed process; though was accompanied by a demand for IMP.
I quote " We are in the procedure of issuing the Final Approval Certificate ...

Re: Land access - a continuing saga!

Thanks to both for your advice. We will ask for further clarification from our solicitor regarding the purpose of the meeting. As Pan says, if we are unable to be there (and we can't) then we have to make a decision to pay for the solictor to attend or not. We do know that there has been one ...

Re: Common expenses

Nigel, The developers (Maispa) have given notice that they are no longer going to provide services such as cleansing and pool maintainance after the end of this month. Given that we still have no title deeds I understood that they were legally responsible for property maintainance. It appears that ...

Re: Cyprus property prices - over priced?

Yes, I agree with Nigel on both counts.

Also, I can't see ...

Registering Land Access

Hi, We bought a plot of agricultural land as an investment back in 2004, received the deeds and immediately instructed a solicitor to apply for access. We would need access over another plot to our land. Since then we have received nothing from our soliciters except that 'It takes time'. They have ...
