Trying to ascertain liability for this tax - "relates to the value of immovable property which belongs to an individual" - is what it says on the revenue web page.
This suggests to me that it is a tax on the value of immovable property held by the individual named on the title deeds from the land ...

Is anyone aware of a way to find skilled artizans in S/cyprus - limassol?
I don't mind what nationality - but i don't want to end up with cowboys. I have seen some work that just makes me cringe.
