I have recently sold my apartment.I was not happy with certain of the legal aspects and i wish to complain.
Is it worth it and if so to whom.

:-)) Having just started collecting funds for our complex.A couple of issues strike me, if the non payers live in England apart from deducting the sum of money owed if they wish to sell their apartment/villa I doubt if any further action can be taken Also if they owe money(our a/c is stirling based)...
