Problem with neighbors cat

My wife and I live in a 1st floor apartment. On the ground floor, there is a wooden pergola and both our cat and our neighbors cat can climb off our balconies onto the pergola. Apparently our cat was going into the neighbors apartment and tucking into the cat food she has in a bowl so she would just ...

Re: Keeping pets in jointly owned property

Thanks guys.

Surely though if the law intended to restrict ownership to ONE animal, it would have specified ένα κατοικίδιο ζώo so there is no ambiguity.

I suppose if it is left open to interpretation, the management Committee can read it how they want.

Keeping pets in jointly owned property

If one reads it literally, it states ‘a domestic ...

Re: Landowner and title deeds

Hello, your situation sounds very much like ours. We bought in 2012 and applied for our title deeds in 2017 but we were stopped by Alpha Bank in June 2018. Like you, our contract states that there are no encumbrances to getting our deeds. Like you, we have a block of 10 apartments next door who our ...

Re: Unauthorized Pool Use

Well that went well ... NOT

So according to the police who came out today, it’s not a police matter, it’s a municipality matter - so why did they bother sending two policemen out in the first place?

No further forward and lots of loooseer comments from the kids in the pool!

Re: Unauthorized Pool Use

Hello Pantheman, thanks for your reply.

We shall try ringing the police in future.

Actually we don’t have our title deeds although a number of properties have had them issued, Alpha bank took out an injunction to stop the LRO issuing ours 3 years ago but that is another problem.

On occasions, one ...

Building Grants

My wife and I have bought an old house in Letymvou. The house is in a bad state after having stood empty for a couple of decades. There are large cracks in the walls and floors. The building is made of stone and a large part of the roof tiled with a flat roof extension built on also in stone ...

Unauthorized Pool Use

I live on a complex of about 70 apartments. We have a pool and gardens which are maintained by the developer. There are signs up saying that the pool is for residents only but people from over the street, both adults and children, take no notice and come in on an almost daily basis. If we say ...
