The MC or more so the leader says do nothing that will rock the. The thing i am more concerned in if a claim by a housholder was made would the unlicened pool affect it. The committie and the broker says it will not.

Complex joint insurane.
I live on a coplex that intends to have a joint complex insurance for the 20 + properties and pool.The problem is the pool does not have a licence so asked if this could affect the insurance the  reply was no as Peyia has never given  out licences so it does not matter can this be right.
