We were never registered with the tax authorities for IPT and so our lawyer will do this. I was hoping to get a heads up before then that's all

We have accepted an offer for our property but the buyer has stated that our lawyer needs to be present in the cadastre . Does any one know if this ' cadastre ' is the same as the Land Registry ?
